Feliz Cinco de Mayo. Or is it Cinco de Mayo feliz? I should really brush up on my Spanish. However, I'm thinking that at this point, it is a long lost treasure. I could be rediscovered many years from now, but I think right now its stuck at the bottom of the ocean of my mind. Wow, that was kind of philosophical for me. Lol! Okay so I just wanted to say Happy Cinco de Mayo and to let ya'll see my latest baking/decorating experience. I was having way too much fun and before I knew it was 10 o'clock last night and I was still at Garrett's apartment. My cake did the survive the ride home, which was also a bonus!
The countdown to the end of the semester has also begun for me. Well, actually I think I started counting down a while ago but it didn't seem close at all. I just have to survive three quizzes, three exams, one assignment, and 48 hours of clinical time with the ambulance before I can officially say that I'm done. All of this will be accomplished within the next seven days. Wish me luck!
I wish I could say that I would be enjoying some delicious Mexican food tonight, but I can't for multiple reasons. One, its totally not on my diet, and two I have class tonight during prime fun time! So I hope that everyone has fun and is safe tonight!!!
